On Sunday 16 September you'll be joining thousands of fellow runners to take part in the biggest and best half marathon in the world.
So it's official, I'm in the Great North Run. So the hard work starts now. I have been getting to the gym at least 3 times per week and to be frank am feeling a bit better for it. Muscle has appeared in places where it wasn't and I can row / cycle / run a mile in around 8, 4 and 9 minutes. Anyway thought you'd like to know.
